New Zealand 2014 – Day 11

Today is our trip to Milford Sound. We booked with Jucy Tours and paid NZD 149.25 per person including lunch. The bus ride to Milford sound will take around 4 hours plus excluding scenic stop overs. The road to Milford Sound passes through stunning landscapes including mountain ranges, glacier-carved valleys, clear blue lakes and native rainforest. Just before Milford Sound the road travels through the Homer Tunnel, a 1.2km-long tunnel passing through solid rock

Its time to go home. Before that we were given a short toilet break and it was already late in the evening. We manage to spot a beautiful sunset before continuing back to Queenstown.

Our Dinner for the night – Hell’s Pizza

I’ve been a regular for a fair bit while i was staying in NZ. After all these years, they have been keeping it constant. Good ingredients, reasonable price and fast service are their value added points.

Restaurant: Hell’s Pizza

Address: 3 Searle Ln, Queenstown 9300, New Zealand
